This week I’ve just launched the first Wellness Café, working in partnership with some like-minded counsellors from Elements Therapies – Lynsey and Shirley.
Wellness Cafés are intended for people that want to live a less anxious and stressed life and take better care of themselves. They’re short and sweet...and each has a different focus. You can attend any cafe as a standalone...or you can come to every session. It's your choice; whatever works for you!
Gatherings bring together small groups of up to eight people and will be informal, welcoming and friendly. They offer an opportunity to meet new people, learn what works for others and improve your own self-awareness.
The focus for February is STAY Calm. Life can feel so stressful at times! This session looks at how you can cope better with stress and anxiety. You'll walk away with lots of ideas and tools to use and apply in your day-to-day life.
